Thahani, a Sri Lankan prize winner and a top ranker in the world for financial analysis at management level, Business Strategy and highest aggregate score at strategic level graduated with CIMA receiving the Sri Lankan Prize for TOPCIMA as well. She excelled in her studies at a very early age also bagging a Sri Lankan Prize for Marketing Communications at the Professional Diploma in Marketing (June 2006) – CIM. Her outstanding achievement in her studies began with her achieving 100% at the A/Level Accounting Examination.
She was employed at a leading Research Firm for 3 years where she was promoted as an associate vice president in a very short period due to her performance and dedication. Her corporate experience mainly related to financial services adds immensely in teaching financial subjects leading her to share the practical experience she gained in the real world making her lectures more interesting.
